North Cyprus Property Review
Your Snapshot starts the conversation. A property review looks at the residence itself, the practical work still needed and the operating arrangements before The Mae Collection prepares a property-specific estimate or proposal.
No Snapshot is attached. You can still request a review, or complete a Snapshot first. The team will establish the information needed with you.
Start a Readiness SnapshotLook beyond the listing.
The residence and guest experience
Layout, furnishing, air-conditioning, utilities, internet and the practical work needed to prepare the property for guests.
Access and local operations
Keys, fobs, site rules, housekeeping, linen, maintenance access and coordination with development management.
Readiness and compliance coordination
Available registration information, known restrictions, insurance and outstanding evidence. Owner-reported answers are not verification; appropriate local advice may be needed.
Your priorities and operating scope
Owner-use dates, current occupancy, target timing and the services required. Revenue assumptions and costs need property-specific assessment, not generic promises.

What to have ready
Have the property location, recent photographs, a furnishing inventory, owner-use plans and any available site rules or registration correspondence to hand for the consultation. Do not submit identity documents or sensitive paperwork through this form. The team will agree any further information and whether an on-site review is needed.

Launch
No listing, booking acceptance or guest check-in before property-specific compliance go-live is GREEN. Signing an agreement alone does not authorise launch. Registration, permit, tax and approval outcomes cannot be promised.
Our preferred model pays guest/platform accommodation revenue directly to the owner. The Mae Collection Ltd invoices the owner for management fees and authorised owner costs. We act as management company/agent, not automatically as the statutory operator, applicant or permit holder. Owners remain responsible for appropriate short-let insurance; The Mae Collection is not an insurance adviser.
