Request a Property-Specific Proposal
Tell us what you would like us to operate. We will arrange a consultation and establish the property review needed before preparing an estimate or proposal. This is a request, not an instant valuation, approval or management agreement.
What the proposal will address
- Property-specific operating scope and outstanding readiness work
- Management fees, authorised costs and owner-use arrangements
- Any estimate assumptions, exclusions and next decisions
- The path to an agreement, onboarding and the GREEN launch gate
Standard single-property management: 20% of Gross Accommodation Revenue. Portfolio and development proposals use bespoke or tiered pricing.
Gross Accommodation Revenue means accommodation revenue before platform and payment-processing deductions. Separately charged cleaning/laundry, refundable deposits, damage recoveries, taxes and pure pass-through costs are excluded. It includes non-refundable accommodation supplements and cancellation/no-show accommodation charges, but excludes refundable security authorisations and taxes collected for an authority. Portfolio and development pricing is bespoke or tiered.
Our preferred model pays guest/platform accommodation revenue directly to the owner. The Mae Collection Ltd invoices the owner for management fees and authorised owner costs. We act as management company/agent, not automatically as the statutory operator, applicant or permit holder. Owners remain responsible for appropriate short-let insurance; The Mae Collection is not an insurance adviser.
No Snapshot is attached. You can still request a review, or complete a Snapshot first. The team will establish the information needed with you.
